PARKLAND, Fla., Oct. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- For the first time since the IMG Nationals have been taking place, a Parkland, Florida based lacrosse team has won the National Championship. The Matty ice lacrosse first qualified for the IMG Nationals by significant your competition in Georgia at the Roswell Invitational in Might, going 5-0 and defeating Roswell Select in the Championship.

That weekend at IMG School, as expected by the presently two-time 2018 national winners, the Leaders placed on a hospital against the utmost effective qualifying clubs from Georgia, Washington and Pennsylvania. The Leaders went undefeated this weekend, wining all five activities over the span of two days of competition.

The Leaders are made up of players from Parkland, Ponte Vedra, and Bradenton, FL.In three national championship tournaments, the Leaders haven't lost a single game. The players prepare, often five days per week, thirty-six months per year. Coached by Henry and Jamie Evans and Focused by Natalie Gregorek, the Leaders are scheduled to play and protect their national titles again next summertime at the School of Massachusetts, Amherst at the NLF National Championship. Until then, the Leaders will keep teaching and enjoying in the lacrosse hotbeds of New York, Maryland in addition to others locations.
